HOW WE WRITE

Clear advice.
Visible limits.

Our resources offer practical educational guidance for observing everyday room problems and considering a useful next step.

Who prepares the guides?

Livometry prepares and publishes these resources. No architect, interior designer, accessibility specialist or building professional is presented as having reviewed them unless a specific article says so and evidence is available.

Every guide should be checked for clarity, factual support, product-status accuracy and visible limitations before publication. The required human review steps are documented in the project.

Examples are examples

Room diagrams and scenarios are original illustrative examples. They are not customer case studies, measured product outcomes or screenshots from a released product. A suggested change is an option to investigate, not a guarantee.

Facts, sources and uncertainty

We distinguish observations from possible explanations. External factual references are linked beside the relevant material. The measurement guide links to NIST for unit definitions. Our observation sequences are editorial exercises; we do not present them as scientifically validated methods.

We avoid universal clearance rules and do not certify accessibility, fire safety, structural work or legal compliance. Those questions need appropriate expertise and location-specific requirements.

What these resources do not do

These guides do not assess your home remotely, generate a certified floor plan or diagnose personal behavior. The checklist does not submit your notes to Livometry or generate a recommendation. No signup is needed to read or print the resources.

Product availability

Space Check is available as a free diagnostic tool. Room Plan is a planned product. Reading these resources does not require an account or purchase; where relevant, the resources can link to the free Space Check.

Corrections and updates

Send corrections or questions to [email protected]. Meaningful changes receive an updated date; dates are not changed simply to make a guide look newer.
